Service Dispatcher

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Service Dispatcher who is knowledgeable in the Public Utilities industry to join our team in Exeter, NH on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of dispatcher tasks including answering phones, directing customers to the appropriate dept's, providing customer service, and assisting as needed.

Location: Exeter, NH

Salary: $55,000 - $57,000 annually

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm (On-Site)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Dispatch Service personnel according to technician's schedule and customers requirements
• Manage multi-line phone system, answering all calls promptly
• Contact customers to remind them of scheduled service visits
• Enter and manage service calls and workloads through the dispatch system
• Data Entry
• Assign and Record purchase orders for the Service Dept.
• Schedule service calls and preventative maintenance appointments
• Prepare items for mail or email as necessary
• Ensure seamless communication between customers, the service dept, and Time and Materials projects

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Energetic and Positive Personality
• Proficient in answering phones and multi-tasking
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency with MS Suite, and general software navigation (Knowledge of SAGE 300 or SSO is a plus)
• 1 year of Dispatching experience or related utilities industry experience
