Job Title: Account Manager
Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year
Location: On-site in Scripps Ranch, CA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. As our Service Sales Consultant, your primary goal will be to proactively build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with them to identify complex technology solutions, leveraging our industry-leading support system to ensure sustainable growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Identify and deliver tailored technology solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and upsell services.
- Stay current with industry trends and company offerings to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements:

2+ years of relevant sales experience in account management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Eagerness to learn about our services and the technology field.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred experience: Account management experience in the security, HVAC, elevator, or landscaping industries.
