Job Summary
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, configure ServiceNow applications, integrate with external systems, and ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of ServiceNow-based solutions.
Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.

Configuration: Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs while also aligning to ServiceNow best practices.

Scripting and Development: Utilize JavaScript, Glide APIs, and other scripting languages to implement functionality and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.

Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using web services, API's, Spokes, and middleware technologies.

Data Management: Assist in managing data within the CMDB including data imports, exports, and transformations.

User Interface Enhancement: Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and dashboards to provide an intuitive user experience for ServiceNow users.

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment procedures.

Deployment and Support: Support the deployment of ServiceNow solutions, including migration between environments, and provide ongoing maintenance and support.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, best practices, and industry trends, and identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-8 Years proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in at least two of the following modules: ITOM, ITSM, CSM, SPM, MCO, WSD, & HRSD.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
