Who You'll Work With

This is a project-based role requiring part-time support for a client in Seattle.

What You'll Do

• Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes that align with organization goals

• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope

• Track project progress, assist in adapting scope when needed

• Achieve organizational goals while adhering to best practices and standards

What You'll Bring

• Ensure all aspects of the project are organized and within guidelines

• Develop and maintain project performance

• Monitor and assign resources effectively

• Three or more years of project coordination experience

• Experience in coordinating teams and clients

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Ethics and Integrity - Displays ethical work habits every day and in all situations. Conducts work with uncompromised personal integrity, 'common sense', and sense of right and wrong - regardless of the situation

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the target hourly range is $34/hr to $44/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
