Role reports to: Senior Brand Manager, Aveeno Megabrand
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Pay: 88,000- 142,600

What you will do
The Social strategist, Aveeno will be responsible for developing and executing the brand's social media strategy across all brand categories (Adult and Baby) to increase brand awareness, engagement and relevance. You will work closely with the multiple cross-functional partners to create compelling content and manage social media platforms to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute creative social media strategies that align with the Aveeno marketing goals - across total adult and baby.
• Perform audit of existing content and develop content strategy for the brand across multiple platforms.
• Partner with community managers to develop quality content that will resonate with core target.
• Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to integrate influencer content within content calendar strategically.
• Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging content is posted regularly, in partnership with community managers.
• Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices to ensure the Aveeno Megabrand stays ahead of the curve.
• Lead internal and agency teams in developing and executing overarching social marketing strategies tailored to specific campaign goals and target audiences.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to inform future strategy and content development.
• Provide thought leadership on social media vision and best practices for the marketing of today and tomorrow.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.

Desired Qualifications
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Advanced skills in social media strategy and content creation.
• Specialized software knowledge in social media management tools.
• Experience in managing social media campaigns for large brands.
• Experience in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $ 88,000 to $ 142,600 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
