Position type: Full time
Duration: 18 - 24 months Contract
Location: NYC, NY or Summit, NJ
W2 Only - We can transfer h1b and initiate GC.

As anActimize ETL Developer will:
JOB SUMMARY
- Will be supporting day to day activities within Capital Markets Technology
- Review models and perform data surveillance checks to ensure controls are in place
- Pick up alerts to ensure actions are fait to market
- Monitory stability for clients to ensure they meet legal parameters
TOP SKILLS

  • Actimize ETL development SSIS
  • 3 years of Actimize experience
  • 3 years of experience in MongoDB or Other NoSQL databases
  • 3 Experience with Autosys
  • 5 years of ETL Extract Transform Load Programming experience
  • 5 years of experience with Agile project methodologies
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Graph Databases like Neo4J
  • Experience with PCF
  • Cloud experience with any major cloud offerings like GCP Azure AWS
  • Orchestration tools like Kubernetes

• Manages and support the delivery of high-profile technology products and services.
• Acts as the single point of contact for the client and the appropriate technical groups from solution planning to sizing/estimating to fulfillment.
• Influences technology selection by gathering and reviewing customer information, working with technology teams to determine if custom solution is necessary, and recommend best option to the customer.
• Provides guidance on leveraging new technology
. Requests sizing estimates and reviews for reasonableness.
• Ensures service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions.
• Monitors high profile projects to ensure requests are met on time and within sizing, keeping all parties informed of impacts and changes.
• Maintains regular contact with senior management within Technology and the supported business unit.
• Conducts research and analysis of competitive market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory/compliance issues, and implications of new implementations.• Leads implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business.
• Understands and ensures compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and works with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.
• Primary interface with Financial Industry Leaders for 2-4 business lines
.• Supports interfaces with Technology Industry Leaders, Analysts and Regulators.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis or design as demonstrated through work, military, or education
• 10+ years of banking or financial regulations experience
• 10+ years of technical documentation and publication experience
• 10+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
• 7+ years of environment test coordination, code deployment, release management and communication experience
• 5+ years of experience working with derivatives and securities products in any of the following areas: technology, finance, regulatory reporting, risk, middle office or operations
• 10+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• 5+ years of operational risk, conduct risk or compliance domain experience
• 7+ years of experience with Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management routines
Desired Qualifications
• Deep knowledge and understanding of trade surveillance and the rules ,laws and regulations associated with it.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
• Good knowledge on Fixed Income and Derivatives.
• Knowledge and understanding of Trade Surveillance with extensive experience in surveillance tools such as Actimize/ActOne
• 5+ years of SQL Server SSIS, SSRS and SSAS experience
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master for multiple teams simultaneously
• Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles
• Technical Team Leadership experience
• Experience to manage technology delivery, educate the business on technology options, lead enterprise level initiatives and ensure that expectations are set and delivered on time .
• Familiar with Automated Scheduling (like batch/Autosys) and file transfer concepts
• Experience working with Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and exercise
• Past project experience using agile/scrum is highly desired
• Must be able to provide examples that they have the ability to multi-task and handle multiple technology initiatives at the same time.
• A detailed, logical thinker, problem solver & team player

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65/hr on W2 - $70/hr on W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
