Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Sr Capability Manager to join their team. This remote role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and oversee the development, enhancement, and optimization of organizational capabilities across various departments and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive strategic initiatives to ensure the organization has the necessary skills, resources, and processes to achieve its goals and objectives.
- Be accountable for leading and driving delivery for benefit capabilities across the enterprise with a focus on specific lines of business.
- Collaborate with a broader team of business and operational leaders, architects, and engineers on re-imagining the end-to-end benefit ecosystem.
- Identify and evaluate non-traditional and innovative approaches to benefits capability delivery.
- Manage and prioritize a backlog and roadmap of high impact work, articulating business impacts of each initiative.
- Directly manage one or more strategic programs, aligning individual roadmaps to the strategic vision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with claim management and knowledge of claim adjudication platforms.
- Proven ability to lead and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
