Salary: $95,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. IT Auditor. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of IT audit experience and a strong background with SOX compliance. Additional experience with ITGC's and a foundational understanding of technology domains. This individual will be interfacing with stakeholders so having great presentation and communication skills are important. Lastly this is a great opportunity for someone with 2-3 years under their belt to move into a senior role where they can provide mentorship and training to junior staff.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for the audit of Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs) and application controls, and documentation and management reports on the design and effectiveness of controls across the company.
• Contribute and eventually lead the success of the IT SOX program.
• Work closely with IT governance to develop solutions that address IT control deficiencies.
• Lead IT control walk-throughs and determine any modifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in related field.
• 2+ years of IT audit experience.
• Strong understanding and experience with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404)
• Experience with Information security standards, best practices and laws and regulations.
• Strong functional and business understanding and how project deliverables impact the big picture.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills along with written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work onsite 100%
• Any experience working for a publicly traded company and or manufacturing company is considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
