Sr. Test Engineer

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring the quality and reliability of our client's software products through the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute master test plans, test cases, and test schedules across various development projects
  

• Conduct functionality, user interface, regression, security, and user acceptance tests
  

• Document test scripts and plans tied back to requirements
  

• Identify, track, and report defects, issues, risks, and action items
  

• Validate requirements for system testing, prepare reports, record defects, and track them
  

• Provide input for program schedules and develop use cases
  

• Mentor project team members throughout the Development Lifecycle
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  

• 6+ years of experience in an IT testing environment
  

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees and management
  

• Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness
  

• Proven ability to work well in a team setting, contributing to discussions and maintaining relationships enterprise-wide
  

• Technical expertise, with a commitment to increasing knowledge and skills in current technical/functional areas
  

• Demonstrated dedication and flexibility, with a willingness to take on unfamiliar tasks and adapt to change
  

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems
  

• Excellent task management skills, with the ability to deliver quality work on time
