Duties:
Speaks directly with the patients, providers and other users of our digital products
Conducts?generative research?to?understand?user needs and?evaluative research to assess?conceptual prototypes of digital experiences.?
Conduct and coordinate studies and synthesize the research into findings for consideration and discussion on the Product team.
Establishes the goals of the research, the methods they will use to gather data, and the budget and timelines required
Creates?a deep understanding and empathy for our target customers through sprint cycle rapid-feedback loops
Creating?recruiting screeners, test scripts, interview guides and scheduling?research studies?
Utilizing?remote, unmoderated usability test platforms (Usertesting.com, UserZoom, etc.) to rapidly turn around concurrent tests?
Provides oversight of vendors that assist with research and?/?or?subject recruitment.
Understand how research impacts the role of Product Owner and the relevance of research to other Product lines and key stakeholders.
Recognize how to analyze qualitative data, provide feedback analysis and differentiate from quantitative data in reporting
