We are currently looking for an ambitious Strategy Associate to join our Endovascular Robotics business within Advanced Therapies. We are a global technology leader in robotic-assisted vascular interventions. We believe the combination of endovascular robotics, image guidance and dedicated devices will change the way neurovascular procedures will be done in the future, enabling better outcomes, and enabling our customers to provide better access to care.

As a Strategy Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Plan and manage projects that contribute to EVR's pre-clinical and go to market strategies.
• Support the Head of EVR and business LT in planning and reporting efforts
• Lead projects that require coordination across multiple functions (e.g. SCM, Finance, Regulatory) and geographies
• Prepare analyses and decision proposals in conjunction with Strategy and Finance management
• Support planning and execution of management meetings and workshops including management of agendas, collection of inputs, establishment of action items, and execution follow-up.
• Aid in development of internal and external communications

• Development and execution of cross-functional business strategy projects
• Complex product development processes, ideally in the medical device industry
• Clinical acumen derived from industry or healthcare experience
• Ability to "go deep" technically
• Familiarity with all business functions (e.g. R&D, SCM, Marketing) and significant experience in one or more
• Creation of high-quality communications for internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to effectively interact with team members at all organization levels
• High EQ and situational awareness

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in science, engineering, or business discipline required. MBA preferred
• 5-10 years of industry experience required. Medical device experience strongly preferred
