Job Responsibilities

Pennoni is currently looking for a Survey CADD Technician working out of the Pennoni office in Leesburg, VA to perform the following, but not limited to:

• Conducting CADD Drafting and preparing record and easement plats, survey stakeout computations, post processing of field located data, cutsheet preparation, stakeout computations and Basemapping drafting.
• Drafting as-built plans, and exhibits reduction and checking of field notes and preparation of exhibits.
• Conducting deed and easement research
• Performing computations of base files
• Desire to work in the field as needed

Required Attributes

• Required education: High School Diploma
• Land Surveying experience or backgrounds preferred
• Minimum years of work experience: 1-3
• Computer skills required: AutoCAD AutoCAD Civil3D, Carlson Survey Software with the ability to learn additional softwares for VDOT Microstation files, Drone Flight processing and High-Definition Laser Scanning post processing and drafting.
• Desire to learn and grow in the land survey profession.
