Tax Compliance Accountant

Location: Edgmont, PA
Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $70,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Tax Compliance Accountant. This is a permanent, direct hire offering a hybrid work schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file registrations for all jurisdictions
  
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, staying updated on changes
  
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
  
• Provide information for quarterly and annual tax provisions
  
• Maintain accurate and organized tax records
  
• Support tax audits and respond to inquiries
  
• Conduct research on registration and tax issues
  

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting
  
• Proficient in tax software and financial accounting systems
  
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and in teams
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
