Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully implement and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Determine and resolve any technical issues that arise during project execution.
  • Ensure that all IT operations are strictly adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations and project plans.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading an IT team with a track record of successful project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to flex multiple leadership styles and motivate team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated decision-maker with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with employees of differing cultural, language, and educational backgrounds.
Education / Experience

  • Minimum of High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role preferred.
  • Certifications in project management or IT services (such as PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
