RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Writer 3 in Redmond, WA.Responsibilities:- Technical Writer 3 will help Tech Share team write/edit needed project documentation in a clear, concise, easily understandable manner
- Organize documentation in an intuitive manner
- As a Technical Writer 3, you will create documentation and knowledge sharing processes to maintain organization
- Align teams on and be advocate for knowledge sharing across studios
- Help research and push forward sharing initiatives or solutions to current pain points
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Gaming, or Writing, or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years of experience in tech or tech-adjacent field
- Experience with Confluence, Atlassian products, and ADO
- Proven ability to understand and write technical documentation; Writing sample requested
- Confluence wizard
- Prior experience as a tech writer
- Prior experience managing and organizing large amounts of documentation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
