Cleanroom / Titration Technician

Huntsville, AL

Contract Position

Responsibilities:

• Clean and passivate hardware using solvent, chemical, mechanical, ultrasonic, and precision cleaning methods.
• Handle and move hardware safely using overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment.
• Analyze and maintain chemical systems using titration and other direct measurement methods.
• Inspect hardware with visual, UV light, borescope, microscopic particle count, and precision weighing techniques.
• Package and prepare hardware for storage or shipment following inspection.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment such as pumps, tanks, filtration systems, and scales.
• Ensure cleanliness of the CPV Lab and Certified Clean Room through general housekeeping.
• Comply with safety regulations and wear protective gear, including respirators, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots.

Qualifications:

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift items up to 40 lbs and operate lifting machinery for heavier hardware.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with software systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certifications: Must be able to be respirator certified
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in precision cleaning of aerospace, medical, or other technical components.
• Experience inspecting aerospace mechanical components or fluid systems.
• Experience applying coatings to aerospace components.
