Position Overview/Responsibilities for the User Experience Designer:
- Design, develop, and support various applications in the IT and Clinical spaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, sitemaps, heuristic reviews, personas, and experience maps
- Work closely with researchers to prepare interactive prototypes for usability testing
- Participate in design reviews to maintain consistency across multiple applications and guarantee adherence to requirements and standards
- Collaborate with the QA for defect resolution and Development teams to implement designs
Required Skills for User Experience Designer:
- 3-4 years of experience in User Experience Design
- Portfolio demonstrating prior experience
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in UX technologies and methodologies
- Proficiency in macOS, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools (i.e. InVision, Axure, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of modern front-end technologies and how it will be used to enhance a user interface
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Experience working with Agile/SCRUM teams
