We are looking for a Web & Marketing Technology Manager to be the architect of our digital presence, crafting user-centric websites, intranets and digital solutions that embody the spirit of Heritage Construction + Materials and its business platforms.

Essential Functions

• Build and Optimize Web Content Across Portfolio: Build, maintain, monitor and upgrade ten websites across the HC+M family of companies with optimized media and gated downloads. Serve as a liaison with internal IT to manage domain catalog, renew annual hosting registrations, ensure contact form delivery and whitelisting where necessary.
• Proactively Secure, Debug and Address Web Errors and Technical Glitches: Ability to monitor, identify, troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security and responsiveness.
• SEO Strategy: Harness the power of SEO to guide traffic, create and execute strategies that establish our sites as industry leaders and keep us at the top of Google rankings.
• Analyze and Adapt: Employ analytics to measure and provide actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of our digital presence, coaching team members to adapt and evolve our strategies.
• Administer Marketing Tech Stack: Integrate and innovate various marketing technologies and tools that enhance our reach and relevance within the company and to our broader audience while remaining at the forefront of innovation to enhance the performance of the marketing and communications team and improve ROI.
• Optimize SharePoint Intranet Environment: Ensure sites for each HC+M business are optimized for easy navigation. Work with brand managers to develop libraries, lists, metadata, permissions and integration with the M365 suite, including PowerAutomate and PowerBI.
• Evaluate and Improve Systems: Continually review systems and refine content, and adding information provided by the team, such as stories, videos and other resources.
• Align Internal and External Platforms with the Organization's Brands including organizational goals, strategies and quality standards.

Experience Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of related experience with a compelling portfolio demonstrating proficiency in crafting impactful digital experiences
• A strong command of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.), in-depth experience with WordPress, and adherence to W3C standards
• A thorough understanding of SEO principles and their practical application
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and its product ecosystem

Skills and Abilities

• Expertise in building and maintaining WordPress websites with an emphasis on responsive design and robust web security measures
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical topics in an easy to understand manner to diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• A meticulous eye for detail accompanied by superior problem-solving skills
