Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a HRIS Analyst II or III, experienced in Workday, to be an integral part of the HR team; supporting and optimizing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), in addition to other systems used within Human Resources (HR).
This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for HR functional areas and is responsible for overall technical support that includes configuration, application security, integration, and analytics. The role's main focus is supporting Workday HCM, which includes Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, Recruiting, Reporting and Analytics, Talent Management, and Time Tracking.
To be considered for this opportunity, you have the following:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as an HRIS Analyst (for level II) or 4 years relevant experience as an HRIS Analyst (for level III)
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)
