Job Description: Business Intelligence Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a discovery and insight cadence with our client and strategy teams, ensuring continuous optimization. You will develop regular and ad-hoc analyses focused on drawing out meaningful insights and driving optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to strategize and implement comprehensive analytics measurement plans
- Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, collaborating with data implementation teams as needed to ensure proper tracking and aggregation
- Provide ongoing quality assurance of data, identifying and correcting any inaccuracies
- Present analyses and report on marketing initiatives directly to clients
- Manage and grow analytics partnerships, staying abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work across teams to realize enhancements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of digital agency experience
- 5-7+ years of experience presenting to clients and/or internal senior leadership, both remotely and in-person
- Ability to derive and communicate actionable insights that drive strategic decisions through the use of dashboards, data visualization, and storytelling
- 3-5+ years of experience with data visualization platforms such as Looker Studio, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- 3-5+ years of experience working with Google Analytics data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong commitment to quality control
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and culturally diverse environment
