Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Architect to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data analysis.

As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for understanding and mapping banking transactions, system architecture, and data lineage. You will also be expected to provide thought leadership and suggestions on problems and decisions relating to Financial Crimes data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Spark/Informatica for data mapping
- Apply SQL expertise to perform highly analytical tasks
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Utilize JIRA or similar tools in an agile work setting
- Prepare technical documents, data mapping, and JIRA user stories
- Conduct data validations and testing
- Communicate effectively with senior management, including the ability to present findings and prepare presentations and procedures

Required Professional Experience:
- Experience in Financial Crimes and exposure to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Fraud
- Proficiency in SQL and data mapping
- Experience with Spark/Informatica
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management
